Job Description:

-         Coordinating with clients and internal operations

-         Taking reservations

-         Replying e-mail, fax and telephone

-         Dealing with complaints

-         Monitoring job on process, following up until job is done

-         Multiple task handler

-         Quoting rates

-         Tracking orders

-         Other as requested  by direct supervisor

Qualification:

-         Bachelor’s degree in any field. (in travel industry will be advantaged)

-         Service minded

-         Communication skill
