7. Hotel School Vatel, France

With a 30 year strong experience, Hotel School Vatel boasts 31 hospitality schools across the globe preparing around 7000 students a year for the rigours of the hospitality industry.

One fact the school is rightly proud of is its ability to secure employment for 100% of its students within three months of the course finishing.

In 2010, Vatel Hospitality School received the award for the ‘Best Innovation in Teaching’ for the creation of The Vatel International Business Game, a game specially created for the training of future managers in international hospitality.
Conceived by and for Vatel, it brings Master students from all the Vatel schools around the globe into competition, and transforms them into the managers of a hotel. The decisions of each team are scrutinised by an external organisation. The winning team, declared ‘Dream Team Manager’, is the one that finishes in first place in two social exercises.
