The candidates who wish to apply for this position should possess the following qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 5 years of professional experience in hospitality industry, especially as resident manager at 5-star resorts.
-Must be able to do budgeting and financial management, planning, organizing and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house
(reception as well as reservations), food and beverage operations and housekeeping.
-Superior communication, training and communication skills and the ability of to relate to a diverse range of people.
-Excellent command of English language. Knowledge of another European language is a plus.
-Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office and etc. Experience in various reservation systems are advantageous.
-Must be able to stay in Khao Lak, Phan-nga and able to work autonomouly.
