The International Hotel & Tourism Industry Management School (I-TIM) is established in 1988 by Colonel Somchai Hiranyakit, the former governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT).

We are the first hotel and tourism management school that uses the English language as a medium of instruction and have been offering a one-year certificate and a two-year diploma program (associate degree) in hotel and tourism operations and management respectively.

-Direction and supervision of all acclivities in the restaurant ensuring guest satisfaction in quality of food beverahe and service

-Making sure that management receive regular reports regarding expenscs and sales stock control equipment control sales and promotion menu management etc.

-Managing the outler officiently in order to reach targers in tern of Revenue cover and average check

-Preparation of teaching and Lesson plans

BA or Master Degree in hotel or restaurant management

-AT least 2-3 years experience in restaurant preverbal in 5 star hotel Teaching experience is an advantage

-Pleasant appearance, well groomed friendly and adaptable to situations

-Fluent in English Language

-Able to manage time and result oriented
