•   Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science.
•   1- 2 years of working experience in the related field.

•   Skill in windows operation system, PC and Server hardware, standard PC application (MS office, etc.)
•   Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution and good troubleshooting skills.
•   Self motivation, Keen to learn and service mind.
•   Proficient in spoken, written English and good communication skill.

•            Ensure that the Hotel’s computer system (both hardware and software) is fully accounted for, properly maintained and in good working condition.

•            Ensure that all software be kept in the safe vault.

•            Report the system status and the existing or new problems to the management.

•            Do the routine system set-ups as may be required by software and/or programs.

•            Attend to computer problems, both of hardware and software problems.
