- To supervise all operations especially Front Office to ensure smooth and seamless running.
- Ensure all issues relating to guest's satisfaction are raised, monitored and followed up on the timely basis.
- Organize room blocks for individual and long stay.
- Having knowledge of entire Reservation Procedure.
- Control room allotments in all reservation channels and monitor room inventory to ensure maximize room revenue.
- Liase with Sales team in regards to occupancy, Rates Reservation's Analysis.
- Handle all correspondences relating to room reservation and general inquiry.
- Strong leadership, self motivation and being a great mentor to staffs. |
