- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, 1-2 years experience

- Strong Portfolio including print and web design/banner advertising

- Proficiency in Adobe photoshop, in Design and Illustrator

- Proficiency in Microsoft office word, excel, power point

- Experience and understanding of HTML Production (CSS), Web Graphic formats and design software including Flash (Action script) and Dreamweaver

- PHP experience a plus

- Detail oriented with strong communication, organization and follow up skill essential

- Ability to multi-task and through tight deadline
