| Senior Reservation and contracting
Your main responsibilities will be:
Reservation Area
Communicate with overseas clients/agents by email and phone
Make quotations as per inquiry and handle tee-off reservations
Contact golf courses for tee-off reservations
Contact hotels for availability check and finally for reservations
Process, file and properly organize client details and other paperwork
Responsible for all other duties as assigned
Contracting with Golf courses and Hotel Area
Manage golf course and hotel contracts including update new contracts, review existing contracts
Compare new contracts with previous year, evaluate increase/decrease and make judgment on value
Negotiate special deals with golf courses for ad-hoc groups, promotions, low-season
Select a range of shortlisted golf courses per market segment (FIT/Group/Tournament) in every location
Consolidate range of golf courses and hotel to work with preferred list
Support sales &reservation staff with any golf course issues relating to rates and terms
Arrange payment credit terms with golf courses
Required Skills/Experience:
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Strong customer service abilities (particularly on the telephone and by email)
Negotiable skills
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word
Experience reservations at a travel agency / tour operator
Qualifications:
Thai national only, female/male
Strong organizational knowledge
Able to be quick in analysis and problem solving
Able to handle multiple priorities under pressure with minimal supervision
Able to multi-task and pay attention to detail to manage FIT/group reservations
Must be highly self-motivated with excellent people skills.
