| Manage the overall functions of accounting and financial reporting.
Manage the collection and banking of all resort revenue (including by cash, credit card and internet remittance).
Manage all inventory and consumables belonging to the resort, including food and provisions for restaurant, room inventory, equipments and tools; including getting competitive quotations for such inventory and consumables, purchasing and administering the receipt, storage and payment for such items.
Lead the finance teams to ensure the accuracy and timely submission of monthly financial reports to the management.
Lead the preparation of budgets, review budget proposals as well as review performance against budget and provide recommendations on corrective actions.
Monitor and interpret financial performance, make recommendations and develop insights to enhance business performance of the Group.
Ensure smooth implementation of financial systems, purchasing systems and its integration to the front-office systems.
Establish and review internal controls and business processes for enhancement and development
Manage the preparation of annual statutory accounts for entities in the hotel to ensure compliance with the local/international accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
Manage treasury operations including cashflow forecasts.
Lead, train, motivate and build a strong team and develop strategies for efficient utilization of resources.
Liaise with the auditors, bankers, legal advisors, tax agents and relevant authorities to meet all the statutory and legal requirements in Thailand.
