Responsible in
ensuring information is always available regarding hotel facilities and
services, local tourist destinations and other interest, business information,
airline and embassy information and shopping destinations. Ensure that
sufficient maps, brochures, catalogue or reference material is available to
answer guest inquires.

Controls and monitors
sale of stamps, tour, theater and other tickets on request.

Checks and follow up
airline ticket reservations, rerouting, reconfirmation or seat request made by
guest. Establish good relations with airline reservation staff.

Checks and follow up
tour requests, visa processing, transportation arrangements, courier service,
etc. to ensure they are handled properly.
·
Handling of hotel
vehicles reservation and usage as well as maintain condition of those vehicles
to ensure that they are in good condition and ready for use at all time.
·
Maintains positive
contacts with any and all service companies used by hotel guests
