1. Responsible for planning and directing food preparation in a kitchen.
2. Contribute to menu creation.
3. Ensure the consistent production of high quality food.
4. Manage customer relations when necessary, in the absence of the Executive Chef
5. Ensure resources support the business needs through the effective management of working rotations.
6. Contribute to food and beverage revenue through effective food cost control.
7. Manage the kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a well-organized, motivated team. |

¤Ø³ÊÁºÑµÔ : |
1. Pleasant personality & Service oriented.
2. Having Experiences and strong back ground for position requirement
3. English Communication skill (is a Plus)
4. Experience in Hotel and Restaurant will be an advantage
