1. Park guest vehicles in specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
2. Retrieve customer vehicles from specified areas in a safe and efficient manner.
3. Provide travel directions and information on property events
4. Deliver internal and external guest service by ensuring every interaction.
5. Provide especially timely & knowledgeable service; and then some! Always find solutions to guests’ problems.
6. Greet arriving and departing guests. Offers assistance, if appropriate.
7. Lead guest go back home in safety or provide further service based on Ku De Ta exclusive service to members.
