| Salary:
Training Period Probation for 3 months 30,000/month
4th month onwards salary is negotiable but will include a percentage of income incentive bonus.
Holidays:
The Director of Operations will receive 2 weeks paid holiday per year as well as the cumulative number of Thai holidays per year. However, the Director of Operations will be required to work on the majority of the big Thai holidays when the B&B will be busiest and will take these days off during slow periods.
Social and Health care are paid.
Accomodation and Food taken on site is included in the salary package.

| Executive Assistant Manager
Job Description:
The Executive Assistant Manager will over see and manage all operations and staff in a small country-side Bed & Breakfast in Loei Province, 10 kilometers from the town of Phu Ruea.
They will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of the B&B such as:
Guest Services
Food & Beverage
IT
Guest Programs
Accounting and P&Ls
Creating SOPs
Managing the Staff
Hiring New Staff
The B&B is a 175 rai rural orchard, organic farm and yoga retreat center. Its guest house has 14 rooms with a total occupancy of approximately 35 guests. There is tenting available as well. It is a facility that offers a unique experience of sustainable living. Most of the food is grown organically on site in permaculture gardens and the water supply is captured rain-water and deep artesian well-water.
Guests may simply come to relax with nature walks, biking, or swimming in the pond or they may take advantage of a variety of Yoga, Healing, Meditation, Detox, Weight Loss, and Natural Gardening programs run continually at the center. A guest may also have a personal retreat designed for them by the programming specialists on site who are experts in Yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Fitness, and Meditation.
The Director of Operations will regularly liaise with the Director of Programming to implement the programming for guests and to coordinate for accommodating large group trainings.

Religion: Buddhist
Language Skills: Native Thai speaker, Fluent in English, (helpful if competent in Chinese and/or Japanese but not necessary)
Education:
Degrees Bachelors or Masters
Business Administration, or
Hotel & Restaurant Management/Hospitality Industry
Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years accumulated experience in hotel management and/or in managing a health center, retreat center or a resort.
References are required and will be thoroughly checked.
