Representative to join our office based in Hua Hin

Key Responsibilities:

• To visit the clients, particularly, English, German and French speaking in Hua Hin, Cha-Am, Pranburi area.
• To visit German/French speaking VIP clients and groups in Hua Hin hotels.
• To fix all the emergencies i.e. last minute bookings, missing transfers, flights/hotels details, etc.
• To coordinate the information between Inbound Staff and the Operations, i.e. itineraries amendments, pick up, transfers, etc.
• To coordinate assistance and solve the complaints together with branch offices in Thailand
• You will report directly to the Operations Manager and other relevant sales managers in our Bangkok office

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Tourism Management or related disciplines
• Good geographical knowledge of key tourist destinations within Thailand/Southeast Asia
• Must be 'service focused and driven
• Fluency in written and spoken English, German is a big advantage
• Good customer service background
• Confident, friendly, outgoing and approachable
• Good problem solver with the ability to use initiative
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Highly proficient in PC skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
