| Bachelor Degree
Provide installation of POS and PMS servers, terminals & printers
Preparing and conducting system training for staff
Providing system and user support for guests
Responsible for documenting systems
Follow up technical issues with Management to make sure technical issues have been responded.
Providing weekly report to Management
Respond to any duty such as support assigned from time to time
Understand English both speaking and writing
Good interpersonal skills with great creativity, innovation and the ability to work under pressure
Customer service minded with good organizational skills
Must be an energetic and have the can do it personality
Smart Working, Self Creativity & Problem Solving
Able to work after working hours
