| Language Express is currently undergoing rapid expansion of our corporate training department, specialising in providing complete training programs in the hospitality industry. Our client is an expanding leisure resort and restaurant operator around 30KM West of Bangkok.
We are presently looking for a highly competent candidate to fill the position of Hospitality Trainer
Roles:
- To provide training for a wide range of hospitality and operational departments at the resort.
- To assist in the development of training materials to be used at the resort.
- Maintaining open lines of communication with direct reports and staff to ensure operational needs are met and policies are enforced. Attend operational meetings to promote interdepartmental cooperation and improve communication.
- Supporting the implementation of company procedures to increase customer satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing quality control systems for both food and beverage and other operations.
- Maintaining company standards of service and ensure their implementation.
- Coaching and counseling employees to reflect company service standards and culture. |

| คุณสมบัติ : |
| - Thai National.
- Graduate with related field.
- At least 5 years experience with a proven track record as a Hospitality Trainer. Experience in an international branded four or five star would be an advantage.
- Strong human relations and people management skills.
- Strong customer service mind.
- Highly presentable with an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal is essential.
- Good computer skills including MS Office proficiency.
