˹éÒ·ÕèµÒÁµÓáË¹è§ : Spa Therapist |
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. To provide a level of Spa service that exceeds all guest expectations, by completing all treatments in a consistent and thorough manner, within the time allocated and by treating all clients with individual attention. 2. Responds to all client requests in a courteous manner. 3. Ensures that all Spa Therapists' administration is completed at the end of each day, including worksheets, client records, stock lists and updates of logbooks. 4. Ensures suites and treatment rooms are kept clean and tidy according to Spa checklist and health and safety standards. 5. Acts in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. 6. Acts as a support of colleagues by performing other tasks i.e. reception duties as and when required. 7. Where appropriately trained, to provide first class facial and body treatments and massage. 8. Promotes the sale of products within the Spa. 9. To ensure the smooth operation of the reservation system. 10. To co-operate with the reception and reservation desk on all matters. 11. To participate in ongoing training within or outside the Centara Spa. 12. To respect instructions given by the Management concerning usage of products and amenities. 13. To keep up the date with all-current activities and promotions within the Centara Spa. 14. To help with ongoing promotions and to assist in service and product sales. 15. To ensure the Centara Spa's standards of service and facilities are met at all times. 16. Other duties as required by management |
