| Good command of both written and spoken English and Thai, for other language would be an asset.
Good knowledge of the operation of various front office section, hotel and standard and procedures reading the front office operation.
Check in-out and couther reservation as well as general understanding of the housekeeping operations in regards to guest accommodation
Ability handle guest inquires, question in the most courteous manner by thorough knowledge of the hotel, premises, surrounding area and tourist sports
Familiarity with travel agent and VIP background information ability to communicate freely with guest, receive and handle all guests courteously and sincerely
Able to manage work systematically and subordinate staff, well organized. Able to motivate all the staff
