| Responsibilities and Scope of Work
• Responsible for being one of the primary “faces” of the Club. To be the team leader and “go to person” at the Club reception.
• To have a strong understanding of the three parts of the the Club; the GYM, Green Leaf Spa and Aldo's so that you can “cross sell and promote” all parts of the Club.
• To assist members and non-members guests at the Club and to be able to communicate up-coming events all.
• To manage the Club's reception professionally and to ensure that all telephone and walk-in inquires are accurately recorded as for Marketing Statistics.
• To know members and their usage habits and greet each member by name in a warm friendly manner.

| Requirements
• Minimum one year experience in related environment.
• Computer literate – (Microsoft Office and Word essential)
• Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Good command of English.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and Public holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A good team player.
