| Job Description
At Savan Legend Resorts Sole Company Limited, we are looking to recruit a Housekeeping Manager to take responsibility for supervising all housekeeping employees, plans and assigns work assignments as well as conducting training for all staff.
Ensure that the level of cleanliness and good housekeeping is maintained in all areas of the hotel and casino, takes care of the budget controlling for the department.
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for the cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel and Casino. (indoor areas within the property)
- Ensure that guest rooms are made as per company standards.
- Prepare housekeeping budgets.
- Maintain per stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies and linen.
- Organize inventories with finance for linen, fixed assets and uniforms.
- Coordinate pest control activities with the facility department.
- Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.
- Attending and resolving guest complaints.
- Organize job training, and evaluate effectiveness.
- Conduct inspection of public areas and rooms to ensure that it meets the required standards.
- Coordinate the preventive maintenance schedule of rooms and public areas with the facility department.

Qualification
3 - 5 years experience in same position with 5 star hotels. A strong command of both written and spoken English & Thai, Computer skill are necessary. Ability to work under pressure. Strong team spirit and leadership skills. Strong in people skills with positive attitude.
