| หน้าที่ตามตำแหน่ง : Human Resources Manager |
| 1. Timely manage and complete recruitment and hiring process in corporate with business requirements
2. Conduct training survey, design and organize training program in line with employee performance, hotels SOP, safety law requirement etc.
3. Conduct induction program for new comers.
4. Work closely with department head to constantly review and update hotels SOP as needed.
5. Timely update company rules and regulations in corporate with labor law statutory.
6. Organize employee engagement program through employee activities and employee recognition such as monthly / yearly quality employee award, staff party etc.
7. Monthly report and give recommendation on HR information i.e employee turnover, recruitment & training result etc.
8. Solve, any inquiries, complaints, disputes and provide recommendation on disciplinary matters/action.
9. Operate and ensure payroll process accuracy.
10. Provide and handle employee communications plan to build up mutual understanding and circulate appropriate information.
11. Implement HR process and procedure in accordance with Corporate HR guideline.
12. Monthly update employee database
13. Handling any projects assigned by management team

| คุณสมบัติ : |
| - Bachelor degree or higher in human resources management or any related
- Over 5 years of all spectrum of human resources management experience in hospitality business would be advantage or related business.
- Open Mindset and positive thinking
- Initiative and good interpersonal skill
- Must be able to clearly communicate both Thai & English
- Must be able to effectively gather ,interpret and analyst information and numerical data in professional manner
- Computer literacy : Microsoft office
- Able to work at Khao Yai, Nakornratchasima |
