| * Work on floor in the shop and managing day-to-day operations
* Start learning by working from sales associate duties to understand operation before operating the store
* Possess visual merchandising and displays experience
* Leading and driving a sales team to achieve predetermined sales targets and ensure of high customer service standards at all time
* Solved problems of sales productivity, inventory control, staffing plan and manpower control
* Maintain high level of Customer service; manage all customer issues and complaints. |

| คุณสมบัติ : |
| * Male / Female age between 27-35 years old
* Bachelor's Degree in any related field. Master's * Degree will be an added advantage
* 1-2 years experience in retail store management will be a plus
* Proficiency in English language
* Key passion for Fashion and eager to learn and grow with the company
* Able to train and develop a team with high leadership skill
* Good interpersonal skill and communication skill |
