| Chef de Cuisine
Main responsibilities:
In cooperation with the Owner of the restaurant within the limits of established policies, procedures and F&B recipes oversee and direct all aspects of Kitchen operations and the Staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce and control all dishes coming out of the kitchen
Supervise the function of all kitchen employees, facilities and cost, hence contributes to maximizing the overall Food & Beverage department profit.
Control and analyze on an on-going basis the following:
o Quality levels of production and presentation.
o Guest satisfaction
o Operating food cost
o Cleanliness, sanitation, hygiene
Inspect when requested by Owner of the restaurant, perishable food items received for quality control.
Passes on to Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef his market list requirements.

To check and ensure the freshness of products
To walk through all meal products
Maintain professional relationship with Team Members
Reports any hazards, risks, accidents as required
Complete food ordering schedule
Organize and maintain food storage, rotation and utilization
Conduct daily inspections of kitchen
Co-ordinate inventory
Insure appropriate rotation of all stored products
Perform operational responsibilities of Chef in his absence
