| Basic Function:
To assist the Department Manager in the day to day operations of the Restaurant in such a manner as to bring into effect the superior product and service expected for our guests in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the Hotel.

| Profile and Qualifications
1. At least Bachelor Degree in any field
2. At least 2 year experiences in restaurant management with evidenced tracked record of achievements
3. Strong in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skill
4. Proficiency in English and Micros System
5. Strong in driving results and people management and development
6. Complete Essential Skill and Foundations of Leadership
