In early 2001, we established Phuket Airlines Co., Ltd. with the goal to becoming one of the leading passenger carriers in Thailand. This was a very lofty target for a brand new member of the aviation community. However, with the enthusiasm and a can-do attitude and through the hard work and dedication of our staff and the vision of our management team, I can say with confidence that we will achieve our goal eventually.

Phuket Airlines, or as we call it, Phuket Air, began its first operation flights to two destinations in the Southern provinces of Thailand namely Ranong and Phuket by utilizing Boeing 737-200. Since then, we have expanded our route structure and will continue to extend our sectors to cover more domestic and international destinations. Also, we have acquired more fleet including additional jets as well as a new turbo-prop aircraft.

Transporting all passengers to their destinations safely and on time is always the prime concern of Phuket Air's highly skilled flight crews. The cabin crews and members of Phuket realize the importance of providing a best quality service to their passengers. To support this, the management team has added extra-flight attendants on every flight. This verifies our commitment to provide world-class safety and service standards both on the ground and in the air.

Phuket Air plans to extend its routes and to acquire a larger fleet in the future. Our gradual growth will only reconfirm our commitment to provide safety, convenience and quality service to all our passengers.
