Samed Island is a small beautiful island in the south-east vicinity of Bangkok (200 km), in the area of Rayong district. The island is famous for its magnificent beaches and for the well-known poet, Sunthornpuh, who wrote a poetry about this place. Parts of Koh Samed belongs to National Park of Thailand.

     Samed Villa Resort is located on the white sandy Ao Phai Beach on Koh Samed. It was built in 1987. The bungalows and restaurant were developed under the management of the Swiss owner Josef Ottiger successfully over the years. The bungalows were rebuilt in 2003 and belong now to the very best accommodations on the island. Additional activities and services are offered, such as round the island boat tours and snorkel trips to lovely coral sites. There are kayaks available for rent. Furthermore, collecting services from the mainland to the island are offered by our speed boat.

Samed Villa Resort offers splendid newly built spacious bungalows. They are embedded into a beautiful garden plant. Most rooms are equipped with a double and a single bed, European stile bathroom with warm water shower, air condition, television, refrigerator and coffee/tea set.
