Founded in 1995, the company started its first project, JHL Golf Villas in Eastern Seaboard Area, Chonburi.  The project comprises of 50 luxurious residence units which serve expatriates in the area. JHL Golf Villas situated in the lush green beauty of Burapha Golf Club.  Working environment is friendly and independent yet challenging.

Housing

Responsibilities

-         Oversee the project which comprising of 50 luxurious residential homes for expatriates (100% foreigners)  in the Eastern Seaboard Area.

-         Upkeep the houses in good and ready-for-rent conditions physically and financially.

-         Be able to give well explanation of the leasing condition and motivate the prospective.

-         Supervise day-to-day operations including oversee the repair and regular maintenance works.

-         Maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty through outstanding communication ie. liaise with new and existing tenants various issues: renew lease agreement, negotiate on some special request, handle complaints.

-         Team Leadership. Develop, lead and mentor an outstanding on-site team of multi-family professionals

-         Make simple monthly report for income, expenses, and capital improvements. Generate reports tracking performance of the asset.

Qualifications

-         5+ years experience in management level – Service industry or Real Estate industry preferred

-         University degree preferred.

-         Strong leadership skill – Be able to work independent with little to no supervision.

-         Have service mind.

-         Ability to flexibly multi-task and prioritize.

-         Honest and trustworthy.

-         Good communication and negotiation skills.

-         Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, e-mail.
English language skill required.
