Operational Management
Planning & organizing accommodation, catering and other hotel services.
Daily management of 15-17 Managers in order to achieve targets and objectives given by the Head Office.
Establishes and maintains a pro-active human resource function to ensure employee motivation, training and development, wage and benefits administration, and compliance with established labour regulations.
Train and supervise all managers of the Hotel, in order to instil a performance culture and an increased sense of detail (Satisfaction, Hygiene..).
Responsible for the hiring, training and monitoring staff.
Implements and maintains effective open-door communication system that crosses
departmental lines in order to reach all employees.
Ensures good safety practices of employees and guests, assisting in the maintenance of
proper emergency and security procedures.
Establishes and maintains applicable preventive maintenance programs to protect the
physical assets of the hotel.
Monitoring the global performance of the Hotel.
Guest Satisfaction Management
In charge of maintaining high standards of service defined by the company, in order to
ensure that the needs of guests are consistently exceeded (F&B, Housekeeping,
Reception..).
Creates an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction.
Monthly/weekly analysis of the guest satisfaction, and set up of tools of follow up (Kpi).
Initiates corrective action.
Dealing with customer complaints and comments.
Follow up and monitor the performance on internet (Tripadvisor, Agoda, Expedia etc..).
Financial Management
Supervise the set up and management of the budget of the Hotel with a close team of 15-
17 managers. (Proposal and validation in accordance with the strategy of the Head Office).
Analysis of the monthly financial closing and weekly report for the Head Office, analysis of
the current result, gaps versus budget and construction of the Forecast expected.
Supervise the management control part of the Hotel, Cost control, and Management of
Saving Plan requested by the Corporate.
Follow up and renewal of contracts established with outside suppliers (Control of the correct
application, pricing, penalties..).
Supervise the daily bank closing with the FOM (daily control of all sales services) and
management of the cash flow of the Hotel (Forecast of the needs every week).
Promoting & marketing the business, by developing new business opportunities and
following up of the existing customer database.

Advanced ORACLE, PMS, POS, Ecomat, Columbus.
Advanced Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
Advanced management of booking websites (Agoda, Expedia & Booking.com). |
